Every day, Axel de Tarlé takes stock of the economy.

What economic measures were about to announce Emmanuel Macron on Monday night?

Frankly, there is no "Whaou" effect. It was a question of creating a Blast effect with spectacular announcements breathtaking.
For example, it was expected that the TV fee, 0% VAT on a list of basic necessities, or the immediate and complete abolition of the housing tax for everyone would be abolished.
Finally, we have measures that are less visible, such as the softening of income tax revenues. The first tranche is 14% and the idea is to soften this entry, with a rate of 5 or 10%.
In return, to save money, we must save money on certain tax loopholes deemed abusive. For example, tax assistance to hire a gardener or yoga teacher.
Another measure is the reindexing of pensions on inflation for pensions below EUR 2,000 per month. This measure should come into effect from next year.
There is also mention of the perpetuation of the Macron premium, which allows companies to pay a premium of 1,000 euros, without any taxes.
So there is a battery of measurement, but not in the effect "Whaou".

Emmanuel Macron could have struck a blow to the better-off with the reinstatement of the wealth tax, the imposition of large estates or a new tax bracket on high income.

There will be no fiscal revolution and it is a problem for France, which is champion of taxes and deficits. It is therefore difficult to add taxes or to make gifts.
The President of the Republic is therefore a little stuck fiscally.
